The breakfast was good enough for what we paid for, with a variety of sweet and savory options. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great as it was close to a ski center and a trail for hiking, which were the two main reasons we chose this hotel.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which put a damper on our stay. They made no effort to make us feel welcome or assist us with any of our needs.

The hotel offers great value for money. The prices for dinner and breakfast were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of the food. The attention to detail in the menu, with a wide variety of options and generous portions, truly exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the location of the hotel, nestled in the village with beautiful views of the woods, made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

This cozy retreat in the Dolomites makes for a great value stay with picturesque views of the surrounding woods. the hotel is very clean and offers wooden furnishings that give it a warm touch. Breakfast is a huge plus with a wide variety of sweets, yogurts, cereals, and savory foods. You can also enjoy dinner at the hotel's restaurant, or venture down to the nearby village for dinner options and a more lively atmosphere.
The hotel occasionally serves fruit salads from a can and hard bread.

We spent Christmas at a hotel in the Italian Dolomites and had a great time. the location is perfect for a winter holiday as it was close to the ski resort and there were many winter activities to enjoy like snowshoeing and ice, skating. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of local foods that we loved. Plus, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are a bit old, fashioned and could use some updating. the Wi, Fi connection was poor and we had to pay extra for it.
